You may call our firm at any time at no charge to find out what our rates are to handle your family law or other legal matter.

We offer low cost family law telephone consultations for matters all over the State of California.

Most law firms require you to make an appointment, come into their office, and pay a consultation fee starting at $200.00 or more to get a family law legal consultation.

The whole point of having you come into their office is to try to get you to sign up with their law firm.

We recognize that many of you just want to run your case by an attorney and get some advice, get a legal opinion, and find out what you should do.

We offer pre-paid legal consultations in 15 minute increments, with cost becoming lower with the more time you buy.

If you decide to retain our firm on your family law case, the initial consultation fee will be applied to your account.* This does not apply to cases outside of our service area.*

If you like, you may still come into our office and have a face to face consultation and the same rates will apply.

Our fee structure for over the phone Family Law Consultations is as follows:

15 minutes = $49.00

30 minutes = $92.50

45 minutes = $132.00

60 minutes = $160.00

We accept regular credit card payments over the phone, or PayPal.
